The literary event “Parole tra noi” is returning with a new summer edition that will take place at Villa Brunati in Desenzano del Garda. This season will feature the participation of some of the most important authors in contemporary Italian literature.
The first event, scheduled for Thursday, May 30, 2024, at 9:00 PM, will see the presence of Massimo Carlotto, who will present his new novel “Trudy” published by Einaudi. The initiative will continue in the following weeks with other unmissable appointments.
Among the guests will be Piergiorgio Pulixi with his book “Per un’ora d’amore” published by Rizzoli, Alice Basso with “Una festa in nero” published by Garzanti, Andrea Bariselli who will present “A wild mind. Un viaggio nelle connessioni tra cervello e natura guidato dalle neuroscienze” published by Rizzoli, and Ben Pastor with her new work entitled “La fossa dei lupi,” published by Mondadori.
The festival will continue with Filippo Ronca and his book “Sembra che presto annegherò” published by Mondadori, Paolo Roversi who will present two works: “Una morte onorevole” (Ed. Mondadori) and “L’ombra della solitudine” (Ed. Marsilio). Robert El Asmar will engage in a dialogue with Silvia Zanini presenting “Beirut-Verona, sola andata” published by Rossini. Marilù Oliva will present her new book “L’Iliade cantata dalle dee” (Ed. Solferino) and Giuliano Pasini will be present with “L’estate dei morti” published by Piemme.
In September, the festival will continue with Elisabetta Cametti who will present “Una brava madre” published by Piemme, Marco Niro with “Il predatore” published by Bottega Errante, Roberto Pegorini with “Lo hijab mancante” published by Todaro, and Lidia Ravera who will present her new work entitled “Un giorno tutto questo sarà tuo,” published by Bompiani.
Each event will represent a unique opportunity to meet the authors, listen to their stories, and discover their new novels. Readers will have the opportunity to engage in dialogue with the writers, ask questions, and delve into the themes addressed in their books.
The literary event will take place at Villa Brunati in Desenzano del Garda, a symbol of culture and knowledge open to all without distinctions.
