A 34-year-old man was arrested in Desenzano on August 16 after disturbing residents and tourists at a lakeside resort. The intervention of law enforcement was requested by neighbors who were unable to calm the man’s disruptive behavior, who was already known for previous incidents of public disturbance and assaults.
Officers from the Desenzano Police Station responded with two patrols, also providing support to an ambulance from Valtenesi Soccorso. Despite the arrival of the police, the 34-year-old continued to cause disturbances until his arrest for resisting a public official. After spending a night in custody, he is scheduled for a fast-track trial.
