The campaign “Adopt a Grandparent” has been launched, promoted by LNDC Animal Protection in collaboration with NUTRIX PIÙ, to encourage the adoption of senior animals in Verona. Until January 31, 2025, those who adopt a dog aged at least 8 years or a cat aged at least 10 years will receive a free supply of specific food for an entire year. This initiative aims to provide support to those who decide to welcome these animals into their homes, many of whom have faced difficult experiences, ensuring they have a loving and stable environment.
The campaign seeks to raise public awareness about the importance of adopting senior animals, many of whom have been abandoned or have never had a family. Thanks to the commitment of LNDC volunteers and the generosity of NUTRIX PIÙ, adoptive families will receive food in multiple batches to ensure freshness and convenience. This initiative not only aims to promote responsible adoption but also to create meaningful emotional bonds between the animals and their new human companions.
