Bedizzole experienced moments of fear when two young children ended up in the waters of the Chiese River while playing on the bank. Fortunately, thanks to the timely intervention of the father and a passerby, the alarm was resolved.
The unfortunate incident occurred yesterday at the Airone Park in Bedizzole. A 7-year-old boy and a 14-year-old girl were in the company of their family when they suddenly ended up in the water. The river’s current made it difficult for the two young individuals to reach the shore, but fortunately, the father and a passerby managed to rescue them, albeit with some difficulty.
The incident prompted the emergency hotline number 112 to be called, resulting in the intervention of emergency responders, firefighters, and police officers. Fortunately, the situation ended without serious consequences or hospitalization.
