Today, Friday, November 8, chef Alessandro Borghese was welcomed in Riva del Garda by Deputy Mayor Silvia Betta and Councillor Luca Grazioli as part of the filming for the show “4 Ristoranti.” During the meeting, the Deputy Mayor presented Borghese with a vintage print of the city, emphasizing the significance of this event in highlighting local restaurateurs and promoting the beauty of the area. The crew, consisting of around 25 people, has been in the city since November 7 and will remain for a week, also filming in Torbole.
The episode being filmed will feature four local restaurants competing in various culinary aspects for the title of best. Each restaurant will have a dedicated evening and will be assessed on hospitality, service, and dish preparation. Contestants will be challenged to create a dish representative of the region, while chef Borghese’s final judgment may influence the rankings. The new season of the show began on October 9 and will air starting in December.
