April is the month dedicated to alcohol prevention, and once again this year the Apss (Provincial Health Services Agency) has organized a series of initiatives aimed at informing and raising awareness among the population about the risks of alcohol abuse and the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
The activities, promoted by the Apss Alcoholism, Anti-Smoking, and Other Vulnerabilities Centers in collaboration with volunteer associations, primarily target young people. Throughout the month of April, informative material will be available at the entrance of the San Lorenzo Hospital in Borgo Valsugana, the Tione di Trento Hospital, the Villa Rosa Rehabilitation Hospital in Pergine Valsugana, and the blood collection point at the East Health District in Pergine.
In addition, operators from the Alcoholism Centers, health promotion coordinators, and volunteers from local associations will be present in various locations starting from April 2nd:
– Tuesday, April 2nd, from 8 am to 9:30 am at the Malè outpatient clinic;
– Tuesday, April 9th, from 8 am to 12 pm in the waiting room of the Cavalese Hospital and from 2 pm to 4 pm at the entrance of the Santa Chiara Hospital in Trento;
– Wednesday, April 10th, throughout the day at the Arco Hospital clinics, the outpatient clinic, and the family planning clinic in Riva del Garda;
