The Carabinieri of the Desenzano del Garda company carried out three precautionary custody orders this morning, Saturday, September 7, against individuals suspected of drug trafficking, robbery, and extortion. The measures include one person being taken into custody, another placed under house arrest, and one subject required to reside at a specified location. Concurrently, six personal and local searches were conducted, resulting in the discovery of drugs and bladed weapons.
The investigations concern crimes primarily committed in Desenzano, but also in the nearby towns of Sirmione and Lonato. The charges include theft, private violence, and threats. During the operation, one of the individuals targeted by the searches was arrested, along with another person not initially included in the list.
