Valvestino celebrates autumn with a festival dedicated to the colors and flavors typical of the season. The event will take place on Saturday, the 26th, starting at 2 PM in the square of Turano, where visitors can enjoy local specialties such as sandwiches with salamella and grilled Tombea cheese, as well as roasted chestnuts and mulled wine. The festival also features a guided walk through the colorful woods, which will commence at 3 PM and last approximately three hours.
Throughout the afternoon, the music of Tiroler Vagabunder will entertain guests. It is important to note that to reach Valvestino, alternative routes from Capovalle or Valsabbia must be used, as SP 9 from Gargnano is closed due to a landslide. Registrations for the walk are open until the day before at the local info point.
