Two landslides occurred over the weekend in the Alto Garda region due to bad weather, affecting the SP38 and SP9 roads. The first landslide took place between the municipalities of Tignale and Tremosine, in the Natone area, where the intervention of firefighters was necessary to ensure the safety of the roadway. The road was reopened at 10 PM after technical inspections and the clearing of debris.
The second incident was reported on the SP9, above Gargnano heading towards Navazzo, which did not result in a complete road closure but required temporary alternating one-way traffic until the cleaning work was completed. Additionally, a helicopter survey is scheduled for Thursday to assess any unstable sections related to a landslide that occurred on Sunday morning near San Giacomo.
