On the occasion of International Women’s Day, Bardolino is preparing to celebrate with a special event. On Sunday, March 9th, at 5:30 PM, the Teatro Corallo will host the concert “Women of Hearts” featuring the renowned singer Luisa Corna. During the performance, Corna will reinterpret the most famous songs of great Italian female artists, including Mia Martini, Mina, Ornella Vanoni, and Patty Pravo. Admission to the concert is set at 15 euros.
In anticipation of March 8th, the municipality has adorned various locations in the town with yellow decorations in honor of the day’s symbol, the mimosa. Olive trees and public areas will be decorated with yellow tulle in several thoroughfares, such as in front of the town hall and the municipal library. Additionally, on Saturday, March 8th, at 7:30 PM, a pyromusical show will take place along the lakeside in Cisano, which will be visible to all, even though it is not organized by the municipality.
