The national commission of the National Alpine Association has arrived in Brescia to assess the city’s bid to host the National Gathering of the Alpini in 2026. The meeting took place on Monday the 21st, with the participation of national vice president Alessandro Trovant and the presidents of the Ana sections from Brescia, Salò, and Valle Camonica. During the morning, discussions focused on hospitality aspects with the president of Federalberghi Brescia, Alessandro Fantini.
The President of the Province of Brescia, Emanuele Moraschini, emphasized the importance of the event for the region, highlighting how the presence of the Alpini symbolizes unity and civic engagement. Moraschini confirmed the joint support of local institutions in organizing this significant event, which would involve not only Brescia but the entire province.
