A serious accident occurred in Toscolano Maderno yesterday on the State Road 45bis, around 5:30 pm. A motorcycle and a car collided violently, involving an 18-year-old young man who was riding the moped. The causes of the impact are still unclear, but according to initial reconstructions, the boy suffered the most serious injuries. A passerby alerted the emergency services, who responded with an ambulance and a medical car to provide initial care at the scene.
Given the severity of the situation, the intervention of the helicopter rescue was requested. The young motorcyclist was transported in yellow code to the Poliambulanza hospital in Brescia for further examinations and medical treatment. Another person involved was also taken in yellow code to the hospital in Gavardo. The accident caused significant traffic disruptions on the State Road 45bis, which is already known to be one of the most critical road sections in the Lake Garda area. Local authorities are working to clarify the dynamics of the incident and prevent future accidents on this busy stretch.
