Less than six days before Christmas, Salò is preparing to celebrate with a rich program of Christmas events that will take place along the lakeside and in the city center from Saturday, December 21, to Tuesday, December 24. Organized by the ProLoco and the Municipal Administration, these events aim to enhance the local commercial fabric by offering four days of music, street performances, and family activities. Among the main attractions will be theatrical performances, gospel concerts, and the unmissable ice skating rink, which draws numerous visitors each year. Over 250 businesses will participate in the initiative, ready to welcome customers with special offers in a magical atmosphere.
The President of Salò ProMotion Association of Salodiani Merchants, Andrea Maggioni, emphasizes the importance of December as an opportunity to support the recovery of consumer spending and encourage Christmas shopping in Salò. Maggioni urges citizens to choose local shops for their gifts, highlighting how these stores are a vital presence for the community. Despite the challenges posed by online competition, residents’ inclination towards local shopping remains positive, thanks to the quality and tradition offered by the city’s physical stores.
