Among the recipients, two names stand out: coach Nicolò Rigatti and athlete Cornelia Rigatti.
## Bronze Palm for Technical Merit
Nicolò Rigatti, the head coach of the team, received the **Bronze Palm for Technical Merit** for the year 2022. This recognition was awarded in light of his twelve years of experience as a coach and the exceptional results achieved by his athletes and the teams he has led. The official letter informing him of this prestigious award, dated November 24, 2023, is signed by the president of Coni, Giovanni Malagò. The letter states: “With this honor… I also wish to express my deep gratitude for your generous collaboration and commitment to sports over many years of service.” Malagò also extended his congratulations to Rigatti, wishing him further success in the future.
## Silver Medal for Athletic Valor
Another important recognition went to Cornelia Rigatti, who received the **Silver Medal for Athletic Valor** for her outstanding performance at the paddleboard world championships held in Puerto Rico in 2022. The letter announcing the honor is dated January 11, 2024, and bears the signature of FISSW president Claudio Ponziani.
