The Municipality of Desenzano has taken measures to cope with the cold temperatures that are being recorded these days. Due to the abnormal cold, it was necessary to allow the reactivation of heating systems throughout the municipal territory.
The ordinance states that heating systems using combustion can be turned on starting from today, Monday, April 22, until the following Monday, April 29. However, the daily duration of the heating systems cannot exceed 6 hours.
This decision was made considering the low temperatures below seasonal averages and the need to ensure the comfort and well-being of citizens in the morning and evening hours. It is expected that the freezing temperatures will persist throughout the week.
It is important to emphasize that this measure is temporary and aims to provide relief to the residents of Desenzano during this period of intense cold. The Municipality will continue to closely monitor the weather situation and take further measures if necessary.
