The Province of Brescia has recently issued a public notice regarding the expression of interest for the restoration works of the retaining wall on Viale Landi in Salò. This intervention is necessary after the landslide event that occurred on August 23, 2020, which caused significant structural damage.
The notice aims to establish a list of economic operators interested in participating in the tender procedure for the works. This procedure will be carried out in accordance with Article 50 of Legislative Decree 36/2023 and Articles 1 and 2 of Annex II.1 to the same decree.
The official communication specifies that the expressions of interest are not binding for the Province of Brescia. The main objective is to collect the availability of interested economic operators, who may later be invited to submit a formal proposal.
