A fire has struck the municipal Collection Center in Polpenazze, forcing residents to change their waste disposal habits. The incident occurred on November 24 at the ecological island on Via Battisti, marking the second similar event within a month. Starting today, Sunday, December 1, the municipality of Calvagese della Riviera has announced that users can go to the Collection Center located on Via delle Cave in Manerba until further notice.
To access the service, residents can use their existing card or their health card. The Collection Center will be open from Monday to Saturday, with winter hours from 1:00 PM to 6:30 PM. There will be holiday closures on December 8, December 25, and January 1.
