The Riva del Garda Museum is participating in the #domenicalmuseo initiative promoted by the Ministry of Culture. Thanks to this initiative, every first Sunday of the month, admission to the Riva del Garda Museum is free. This Sunday, May 5th, it will be possible to visit the museum without having to pay for a ticket.
Located inside the charming Rocca of Riva del Garda, the Museum offers a unique opportunity to immerse oneself in the history and culture of the Trentino Garda region. Inside its halls, visitors can admire the permanent collections that tell the story and traditions of the area, as well as temporary exhibitions that often delve into specific themes related to the territory.
The Rocca itself is a place of great historical and architectural interest: built in the 12th century as the residence of the prince-bishops of Trento, it now also houses a section dedicated to contemporary art and a multimedia exhibition space.
To reach the Riva del Garda Museum, visitors can use GPS coordinates or follow the directions on Google Maps. Once there, they will be able to enjoy a free visit to discover the wonders kept inside.
The #domenicalmuseo initiative represents a way to make culture accessible to everyone, allowing a wider audience to approach the historical and artistic heritage of the different Italian regions. It is an opportunity not to be missed to spend a different, enriching Sunday immersed in the beauty of Lake Garda.
