The Garda Landscape Festival, now in its seventh edition, is successfully continuing throughout October, attracting an audience interested in the culture and environment of Lake Garda. Among the most notable events are the seminars and workshops on “New Challenges of the Landscape,” organized in collaboration with the Lombardy Museums Directorate and the Ministry of Culture. One of the most anticipated meetings will take place on October 19 at the Roman Villa in Desenzano, where Professor Teresa Delfino will delve into the theme of “La Dolce Vita Gardesana,” exploring the connection between literary tradition and the region’s beauty.
In parallel, the festival offers outdoor activities such as the “Sustainable Walks of Garda,” featuring the Tour of the Three Sanctuaries in Salò on October 20 and a walk at the UNESCO site of Frassino in Peschiera del Garda on October 26. The Gardesane World Days also continue, focusing on educational events centered around ethical and sustainable choices. The festival, sponsored by the Garda Community and supported by Cassa Rurale and Viride srl, will conclude at the end of the month with additional cultural and naturalistic events open to the public.
