On November 10th, the 22nd edition of the Garda Trentino Half Marathon will take place, an event that is expected to attract around 5,200 athletes from 76 different countries. Registrations closed a month in advance, surpassing the 5,000 participant mark, and the organizing committee, led by Sandro Poli, anticipates a memorable competition between Arco and Riva del Garda. The majority of the competitors come from Germany, followed by Belarus and Great Britain, with a significant number of international runners participating.
The event will feature three race distances: the main 21-kilometer race will have over 3,300 participants, accompanied by a 10K with 1,134 entries, and the fun run, Run4Fun, a 5-kilometer event that will see 317 participants. The weekend will kick off on Saturday, November 9th, with the Ags Kids Run dedicated to children, scheduled for 3 PM. Additionally, the event will receive media coverage with a highlights reel to be broadcast on Rai Sport HD in the days following the competition.
