The Gardaland Resort celebrated its 50th anniversary with the inauguration of the new attraction Animal Treasure Island, which took place on Saturday, the 12th. This event was held in Castelnuovo del Garda, where the new experience, created by Merlin Entertainments, offers visitors an immersive journey to a mysterious island filled with surprises. With an investment of 10 million euros, the attraction spans an area of 6,000 square meters and employs cutting-edge technologies to ensure a unique engagement, featuring over 250 speakers and an original soundtrack.
In addition to Animal Treasure Island, Gardaland introduced four other new offerings for the 2025 season, including live shows and re-themed areas such as Dragon Empire. The park also plans to hire over 1,300 new seasonal employees to manage the expected influx during the spring holidays and festivities, thus reaffirming its central role in the local and national tourism landscape. The excitement among the public has been palpable since the opening days, promising a season filled with fun and attractions for all guests.
