The second edition of the historical reenactment “Siege of the Fortress” will take place in Lonato del Garda on Sunday, March 30, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Thanks to the dedication of the enthusiasts from the Confraternity of the Wolf of Montichiari and in collaboration with the Ugo da Como Foundation, the event will transform the Visconti-Venetian fortress into a captivating battlefield, involving nearly 200 reenactors ready to entertain the public throughout the day. Activities will commence with the opening of the camps and falconry at 10:30 AM, followed by the first declaration of war scheduled for 11:30 AM.
During the event, visitors will have the opportunity to participate in numerous educational activities, including axe throwing and archery, as well as medieval games and themed workshops at the ornithological museum. A new feature of the 2025 edition will be an archaeological dig site dedicated to children. A food area for guests will also be confirmed.
