Gargnano, a picturesque location overlooking the **Lake Garda**, is preparing to host a series of guided tours featuring historical reenactments, scheduled for October and November 2024. These events, led by an experienced tour guide and involving participants from the **Animus Brixiae Association**, will offer attendees the chance to immerse themselves in local history through thematic paths that explore significant sites and historical figures.
## Guided Tour Program
### October 6: On the Via di San Giacomo between Land and Lake
The first tour will take place on October 6 at 3 PM at the **Church of San Giacomo**. Participants will embark on a journey into the **Middle Ages**, uncovering the secrets hidden within this fascinating location. The meeting point will be at the church itself.
### October 13: Gargnano and Its Painters
The second appointment is scheduled for October 13, also at 3 PM. This guided tour will explore the artworks present in Gargnano, revealing curiosities, anecdotes, and hidden meanings related to the lives of some local painters. The meeting point will be in front of the **Church of San Martino**.
### October 20: The Church and Cloister of San Francesco
On October 20, a visit to the **Church of San Francesco** will take place at 3 PM. This event will provide a unique opportunity to travel through time from the Middle Ages to the 18th century, discovering the secrets of the adjacent cloister. Participants will meet at the cloister itself.
### November 3: The Gargnano of Zanzanù
Finally, on November 3 at 3 PM, an immersive path dedicated to the figure of the bandit Zanzanù, known in the history of the Gardesana Riviera, will be held. This event will allow visitors to explore locations tied to the bandit’s life in the early 17th century. The meeting point will again be in front of the Church of San Martino.
