In Magasa and Valvestino, located in the Alto Garda Bresciano Park, two literary benches have been inaugurated with the aim of bringing citizens closer to literature and reading. The event was attended by local residents and authorities and was designed to attract tourists visiting the area. The bench in Valvestino is dedicated to Don Pietro Porta, a local botanist, while the one in Magasa honors Vito Zeni, a teacher and historian.
Coinciding with the inauguration of the benches, today, July 27th, at 4 PM, a photography exhibition by Angelo Andreoli showcasing the flowers of the valley will be held at the Valvestino municipal library, followed by a meeting with botanist Filippo Prosser. Valvestino offers numerous ecological and cultural attractions, including a botanical museum dedicated to Porta and various initiatives related to its rich biodiversity.
