During recent inspections in the area, the Guardia di Finanza in Castiglione delle Stiviere uncovered a total of ten undeclared workers lacking regular employment contracts. The irregularities were found in various companies across the province, affecting sectors such as catering, entertainment, and logistics. Among the identified workers, two were found to be without residence permits, which further complicates the situation for their employers.
The inspections resulted in significant penalties for the involved businesses and referrals to the Territorial Labor Offices, as in some cases it was determined that the proportion of irregular workers exceeded the 10% threshold relative to the total number of employees. This violation could also lead to the suspension of the activities of the companies in question.
