An initiative aimed at promoting the wines of Lake Garda is gaining momentum through the “Lake Garda Wines” project, which brings together the Bardolino, Custoza, Garda, Lugana, and Valtènesi consortia. This collaborative effort seeks to present a unified image in foreign markets, with the goal of enhancing the region’s profile and addressing the challenges of international markets. Regional Agriculture Councillor Alessandro Beduschi emphasized the importance of this synergy in strengthening the identity and competitiveness of local wine productions, leveraging the region’s unique quality.
The project is set to debut at Vinexpo – Wine Paris 2025, one of the leading international events in the wine industry. Beduschi highlighted how this initiative represents a significant opportunity for the wine excellence of Lake Garda, which is renowned not only for its extraordinary natural beauty but also for the quality of its wines, which will now be able to tell the story of the region with a unified voice.
