Luciano Ventrone Exhibition at the Vittoriale: Hyperrealism in the Spotlight
Gardone Riviera hosts the exhibition “Luciano Ventrone. Where the Greatest Were Struck by the Lightning of July” until November 2024, set up in the spaces of the Museo d’Annunzio Segreto at the Vittoriale. Curated by Giordano Bruno Guerri and organized by Lorenzo Zichichi, the exhibition features fifteen works by the Italian artist, internationally renowned for his hyperrealistic still lifes.
This event offers a unique opportunity to reflect on the interplay between contemporary hyperrealism and the classic theme of still life, transformed into living matter through Ventrone’s mastery. The works exemplify a virtuosity that transcends mere representation, revealing details invisible to the human eye and inviting the audience to consider the subject in an abstract way. The exhibition will remain open until the end of November 2024.
