From July 1st, Desenzano del Garda Hospital has welcomed Paolo Ceruti as the new director of the Complex Unit of Pneumology. Graduating with honors in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Pavia and specializing in Respiratory Diseases at the University of Parma, Ceruti brings with him a significant wealth of professional experience.

Throughout his career at Brescia Civil Hospitals, Ceruti established a multidisciplinary team by collaborating with Radiologists, Pathologists, and Rheumatologists to improve the diagnosis and management of diffuse infiltrative lung diseases. He also served as the reference point for primary interstitial lung diseases and sarcoidosis within the Regional Rare Diseases Network of the Brescia Civil Hospitals.
