The Municipal Council of Sirmione is being renewed with the arrival of new members. Mayor Luisa Lavelli has announced the changes that have occurred following recent political developments.
Elena Boschi, formerly the Councilor for Social Services, has been appointed as the new Deputy Mayor of Sirmione. Lorenzo Loda has taken on the role of Councilor for Public Works, Sports, and Property. Massimo Padovan, on the other hand, will be responsible for Security as well as Civil Protection and Associations.
With these new appointments, the responsibilities of Roberto Campagnola, the former Councilor for Public Works, Traffic, and Security, have been revoked. The decision was made to remain consistent with the objectives and values of the common commitment.
Mayor Lavelli has expressed respect for Campagnola’s choice to embark on a new political path, although she has expressed regret over the end of their five-year collaboration. She emphasized that the relationship between the Mayor and Councilors is based on collaboration, trust, and joint work to achieve a shared vision and projects.
Campagnola’s decision to run with his own separate list, separating from the group, led to the difficult decision to revoke his responsibilities. Despite the difficulties of the situation, Mayor Lavelli remains determined to pursue the objectives of her mandate.
