The episode of “4 Ristoranti” recorded in Riva del Garda will air on Sunday, February 16, at 9 PM on SkyUno. The crew, consisting of around 25 people, filmed from November 7 to 12, 2024, at the competing restaurants: “La Cort,” “Il Gallo,” and “La Contrada” in Riva del Garda, as well as “Molo Paradiso” in Torbole. The special dish at the center of the challenge will be strangolapreti, and the announcement of the winning restaurant will take place in the picturesque setting of Spiaggia Olivi.
The rules of the show stipulate that four restaurateurs compete for the title of the best in their category, under the supervision of chef Borghese, who will evaluate the hospitality, service, and preparation of the dishes. Each contestant will invite the three challengers to their restaurant for a dinner during which judgments will be made and scores assigned on various aspects of the dining experience. The winner will not only receive the coveted title but also a financial contribution to invest in their business. The episode will later be available for free on Tv8 for those who are not Sky subscribers.
