The Provincial Council of Trento has recently approved the “Variant 13 bis” to the General Regulatory Plan (Prg) of the Municipality of Riva del Garda, following a thorough evaluation by the relevant provincial services. The decision, proposed by the councilor for urban planning, energy, and transport, includes modifications and requirements aimed at aligning the existing plan with provincial demands. Among the key elements of the provision are the redefinition of preordained expropriation constraints and the updating of implementation plans, with particular attention to specific areas such as Hub Baltera, San Cassiano, and the parking areas on Via Brione.
This variant is classified as non-substantial and concludes the planning process initiated with the preliminary adoption resolution by the commissioner on November 9, 2023, followed by the definitive adoption by the commissioner ad acta on June 19, 2024. The approval represents a significant step forward for the urban development of the area, in line with local and provincial needs.
