During the weekend from December 22 to Boxing Day, the area around Lake Garda is set to host a series of sporting events encompassing various disciplines, including running, trail running, walking, and more. On Sunday, the 22nd, the Provincial Road Relay Championship will take place in Darfo Boario Terme, with races starting at 9:45 AM. On the same day, the traditional “Camminata di Santo Stefano” will kick off from Puegnago d/G, featuring a recreational course of 3.5 and 7.5 km, while in Brescia, the 14th Corsa della Stella will begin at 9:00 AM.
In addition to the running events, on Saturday, December 21, Verona will host the Christmas Ride for gravel biking enthusiasts. Events will continue in the following days with festive walks and themed runs in various municipalities of Garda Veronese and Trentino. This rich sporting program offers participants the chance to experience the region through sport and camaraderie during the holiday season.
