On **December 1st**, the sports field of **Vobarno** will host the third edition of the event “Waiting for Santa Lucia,” organized by the **Santa Lucia Biancoblu Association** with the support of the municipalities of Vobarno and Roè Volciano. The initiative aims to raise funds for the stylistic restoration of the child and adolescent neuropsychiatry department at the Spedali Civili of Brescia, a project overseen by architect Emanuela Tura and supported by participatory design.
The day will kick off at 10:00 AM with a musical parade and will continue until 5:30 PM, featuring shows for children, street performers, games, and fun activities. A highlight of the event will be the arrival of **Santa Lucia** at 4:00 PM on a cart pulled by her donkey, where little ones can deliver their letters. There will also be food stalls and around 60 booths from local artisans, making this event a perfect opportunity to immerse oneself in the Christmas spirit while supporting an important cause.
