The Municipality of Salò has announced the completion of two significant phases of a project dedicated to public lighting, aimed at enhancing energy efficiency. Specifically, the work along the Villa-Cunettone cycle path has been completed, where new lighting has been installed along the pedestrian and cycling route, as well as new light points at the pedestrian crossing near the Campoverde parish. Additionally, new lighting has been implemented on Via Sant’Anna, which leads towards Roé Volciano.
These interventions will not only increase road safety by improving visibility for pedestrians at crossings but will also enhance the evening use of the city streets. The transformation of the lighting to LED technology will contribute to significant energy savings, making Salò more sustainable and safer for its citizens.
