A Sirmione cooking course dedicated to gourmet Christmas will take place at Talent Kitchen, in collaboration with the Municipality of Sirmione. The classes, led by Chef Mirco Telini, will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 10, and 17, 2024, from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. This event will provide participants with the opportunity to learn how to prepare a complete Christmas menu, including appetizers, first courses, and desserts, to make the holidays even more special.
The course costs €50 per lesson, with a 50% discount available for residents of the Municipality. Participants will learn to create dishes such as rolled stuffed hen and handmade casonsei, culminating in a final dessert featuring sbrisolona crumble and zabaglione foam.
