On Sunday, November 3rd, the parish theater of Dro will host the highly anticipated show “Il Gran Ventriloquini,” an event that marks the opening of the “Teatro a gonfie vele” festival. This performance, produced by the Madame Rebiné company, promises to enchant audiences of all ages with a blend of magic and ventriloquism.
An Artist in Decline
“Il Gran Ventriloquini” tells the story of an artist who, despite his decline and his ability to tell only bad jokes, finds new life through his puppets. Through virtuosity and laughter, the show addresses important themes such as friendship and democratic dialogue within groups. In 2021, it received the Emilio Vassalli Award for its innovative exploration of a technique often considered outdated: ventriloquism.
Show Details
The performance will begin at 4:30 PM and is aimed at audiences aged 4 and up. Tickets are available for €4 and can be purchased at the theater box office one hour before the show or in advance on the dedicated website.
