A wide-ranging cultural initiative will come to life in the Quartiere Primo Maggio of Brescia. The project ISOLA, which will run from August 2024 to July 2025, promises to enrich the area with a series of theatrical and cultural events, building on the work started in 2023. The organization Teatro19 has outlined a rich program for the spring and summer of 2024, called “Anteprima ISOLA” (ISOLA Preview), which will serve as a prelude to the main project.
From May 17 to June 23, 2024, the Anteprima ISOLA will offer a series of events aimed at keeping the cultural collaboration in the neighborhood alive. Among the most anticipated proposals is the reprisal of “Il Labirinto – Piccole Performance a Domicilio” (The Labyrinth – Small Performances at Home), focused on the theme of mental health. This intimate performance, which will also involve three users of the La Rondine cooperative as actors, has received excellent feedback from both the public and local organizations.

The project involves the active participation of the Department of Social Services of the Municipality of Brescia and numerous local cooperatives such as La Nuvola Nel Sacco, La Rete, and La Rondine. Additionally, the San Benedetto Parish, RTI Facciamo Centro, and Trattoria Villa Glori have provided logistical support.
