A traffic accident occurred along the Gardesana Occidentale, between Limone sul Garda and Riva del Garda, around 6 PM yesterday, Friday, November 29. The incident involved a car that overturned following a violent head-on collision, causing significant traffic chaos in the area. Firefighters, two ambulances, and local police were dispatched to the scene to assist the injured and manage the traffic situation. The road remained closed for approximately three hours to ensure safety operations were conducted.
Three individuals, aged between 19 and 46, were involved in the accident; fortunately, none sustained serious injuries. Two of the individuals were transported to the hospital in yellow code, while a third person was unharmed. The road was reopened to traffic around 8:45 PM, with the implementation of an alternating one-way system to facilitate the flow of vehicles.
