In Rovato, from November 5, 2024, to February 2, 2025, the XIX Training Course for new butchers will be held, organized by the Brescian Butchers Association. The course aims to convey the traditions associated with the preparation of Brescian cured meats, while also incorporating the teaching of current regulations regarding food safety and animal welfare.
Participants will have the opportunity to acquire the necessary skills to become professionals in the field, with the possibility of being listed in the register managed by the ATS of Brescia.
