US startup Tymely has won first place at the Innovation Village Retail event, held as part of the Expo Riva Schuh & Gardabags. This event serves as a meeting point for the most innovative companies in the fashion retail sector.
Organized by Riva del Garda Fierecongressi in collaboration with Retail Hub and under the scientific guidance of Alberto Mattiello, the event saw the participation of ten startups from seven different countries. The jury, chaired by Mattiello himself, selected Tymely as the winner for its innovative proposal that combines process mining, automation, and artificial intelligence to optimize retailers’ customer service processes.
The Innovation Village Retail is a platform where startups, companies, institutions, and professionals in the leather and footwear sector come together to share innovative ideas and create networking and business opportunities. The ten finalists had the opportunity to present their projects through pitches and dedicated moments.
For the first time, some exhibitors such as Rohde and Wortman were involved in the jury, appreciating the nature of the event as a gateway for innovation for the fair’s community.
The solution presented by Tymely uses AI agents to automate 80% of retailers’ customer service processes. This system models the behavior of the best existing human agent by creating an ideal digital twin, significantly reducing costs and increasing both customer satisfaction and sales.
“The interest generated around the Innovation Village Retail demonstrates the invaluable value of innovation in the fashion industry,” said Alessandra Albarelli, CEO of Riva del Garda Fierecongressi. “Startups have opened up new scenarios that will generate growth opportunities for the entire sector.”
