The civic library of Riva del Garda will host a series of events dedicated to physical and mental well-being from November 8 to 22. The project, titled “My Body is My Home: Wellness Practices between Yoga and Reading”, aims to combine the practice of yoga with moments of literary reflection.
Three sessions, led by Stefania Santoni and Beatrice Monticelli, will provide participants with the opportunity to explore the connection between body and soul through mindful movement. Yoga, described as an act of personal care, thus becomes a means to establish a deep connection with oneself. Each breath will be experienced as poetry, while every gesture will transform into a step towards inner harmony.
Meeting Details
The sessions will take place from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and will include a guided meditation focused on each chakra. The appointments are as follows:
- Friday, November 8: “I Feel: First There Were Emotions”
- Friday, November 15: “I Love: The Courage to Be in Relationship”
- Friday, November 22: “I See: Overcoming Appearances and Opening One’s Gaze”
Additionally, a specific bibliography will be provided for each meeting to enrich the overall experience.
