Starting from Monday, November 11 until Friday, November 15, via Roma in Gardone Riviera will be completely closed to traffic to allow for the execution of works related to the replacement of the water supply network. Mayor Adelio Zeni has announced that, following the completion of municipal works concerning the stormwater drainage system, the integrated water service provider will intervene in a critical section where the road descends towards the Gardesana state road. During this period, vehicles heading to Gardone will need to use via del Vittoriale and the exit near the Casino.
Following the works on via Roma, further interventions are planned on the Statale 45 bis, which will involve alternating one-way traffic for approximately two weeks. These works will also include the connection of the new drainage pipe for rainwater coming from via Roma. To minimize disruptions, the excavations on the Statale will be carried out during nighttime hours. These works are part of a larger project aimed at addressing the flooding issues in the area, which have already been tackled with the construction of retention basins in previous years.
